If you are trying to log into MyWIT, WITCC's student portal, and are having problems, try the following:

1. If the website does not come up at all, call the Help Desk at 712.274.8733 ext. 1461 and report the problem.
2. If you cannot log in, and are receiving "Invalid log in or password" errors, double check your login and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on "What is my password?" on the log in page. Follow the instructions on the page to retrieve or reset your password.
3. If this is your first time on MyWIT, there are instructions on the Log In page for you to follow to help you log in the first time. If you still have problems, contact the Help Desk at 712.274.8733 ext. 1477.
